Insulated cabinet cooker

Boasting a 24" deep x 48" wide x 55" tall cabinet this unit can cook the equivalent protein as a 250 gallon smoker in less than half the foot print so if space is your issue then this is the perfect cabinet cooker.  It comes fully insulated on all sides and has an easy swing away two door setup so you can load a whole tray.  Built to last but designed with space in mind.

  • All sides insulated with ceramic fiber insulation
  • Swing away bar door style with locking cam bar
  • 2 Tel-Tru GTR-300
  • Two lower separate firebox doors
  • deflection plate between firebox and cook chamber (can be made slotted or kept solid)
  • HD 8" caster wheels
  • 4 cook racks measuring 18" deep x 37" wide (fits 3 briskets per shelf for reference)
  • bolt-on smoke stack
