Yes we do! Currently the financing option we have is for commercial customers only but I am working on finding a solution for our non-commercial customers offering flexible payment terms spreading out the cost. Please contact us directly for the most up to date financing availability.
Currently our lead time is about 85-95 days. This is based on a pattern over the last 12 months and varies depending on work load, supply chain and labor. Please note: No date is guaranteed regardless of the circumstances and is not grounds for order cancellation. It is our utmost priority to build your unit as fast but as diligently as possible. We highly encourage you to seek and place an order as early as possible before any deadline you have taking into consideration a 90-120 day window.
While we are a barbecue equipment manufacturing company and have the resources to build custom orders we still limit what we do. Our focus is on repeatable semi-custom builds that help us keep our leads time low and quality high. By knowing exactly what we are doing on each and every job gives us the advantage to provide you quality work at a competitive rate.
You have 10 days to cancel your order for a partial refund. We retain 10% of the total work order. Example: Total order is $1000.00. Your paid a deposit of $500 (50%). If you placed your order by means of deposit payment on the 1st day of the month you have until the end of the 10th day (10 calendar days, not business days) to advise of cancellation for a refund of your deposit minus 10% of the total order which equals $100.00. After 10 days no cancellation and no refund. You can choose to cancel order and forfeit the entirety of the deposit but we will need a written or typed statement signed advising us of that decision.
We completely understand unforeseen circumstances that may arise and cause you needing to cancel. We will make some exceptions depending on the situation. But the reason we enforce this policy is to ensure quality work at every level. What does this have to do with quality? From the moment we initiated contact with a customer, we began working and scheduling and figuring out lead times based on work load. Once we've taken a deposit you have essentially purchased your place in line and any ensuing customers after you are at the mercy of said current lead times which could positively or negatively impact our business. The level of customer service is also part of the build, not just tangible product. We strive and pride ourselves on providing service, quality and integrity on all levels and having customers committed to us greatly helps us continue that trajectory. I do encourage you to reach out and ask any questions you have to guarantee we are a right fit for you. While we will recover from cancellations the worst thing to do is for both parties to have a sour taste in our mouths after the experience. We want to build a lasting relationship with you, not a passing by one.
We guarantee our work free from defects at the time of delivery and will warranty any premature failure in craftmanship or defective components for a limited time. Please see below:

We make every effort to provide you with a quality product but the truth is there are too many scenarios that could go wrong.
