The "Jitsudan" griller

Part yakatori.  Part hibachi.  We call it the "Jitsudan" which is Japanese for live fire.  Made from 3/16" plate steel with a cooking grate measuring 7" x 22" and an overall size of 9" x 9" x 26", this compact griller is just that...compact enough to take anywhere.  The beach, the deer lease, camping or where you plan on going pull this livefire griller out and appease the senses. Easily fits 3-4 average sized ribeyes, 8-10 chicken legs and so on and so forth.  Keep it simple keep it small but keep it good!
